By purchasing this coaching service, you agree to the following terms:

Purpose:
This coaching program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through mindset, strategy, and creative direction.

Payments:
All payments are non-refundable. Please review all details before purchasing.

Scheduling:
Calls must be scheduled within 21 days of purchase. Reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise, the session will be forfeited.

Communication:
All communication outside of scheduled sessions must take place via email.
While Brittney may occasionally respond to messages sent via social media or text, this is not guaranteed and should not be expected. To maintain clear boundaries and professionalism, please do not use personal social channels for coaching-related communication.

Confidentiality:
All sessions are confidential. Your personal information or materials will never be shared without consent.

Results:
Your success depends on your participation and implementation. Brittney provides tools and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
