Q: I am a new business Owner, which service do you recommend?
Free Canva fonts are suggested and used in your social media templates, however, font files are not provided. Fonts don't need to be purchased to use, unless you want to use them outside of Canva. Your font suggestions are chosen as free alternatives to the paid fonts used in your logo.
At the moment, no. We offer semi-custom branding templates that are carefully chosen with unique colors and fonts.
q: Can i customize my branding from scratch?
Each service has a round of revisions included in the process. You are limited to 1-2 revisions (depending on the service) to provide guidelines to help you refine the best solution for your brand.
q: What if I don't like the branding or content?

In the Semi-Custom Branding Service, we provide digital stationary goods: 1 Email Banner, 1 Facebook Banner, 1 PDF template for freebies/lead magnets)
Q: What are the digital stationary goods?
Yes. We will provide individual links in an Excel spreadsheet that will give you full access to all Canva templates that are designed for you. We recommend "making a copy" so that you can keep the original design untouched.
q: Will I be able to re-use the templates?
Our content packages require a minimum of 3-6 months.

Yes. This can be done in Canva.
q: Can I edit the colors or fonts?
We deliver branding within 7-10 business days. Upon filling out the questionnaire, you will get the first round in 3 days. You have 3 days to respond with revisions. If we don't hear back from you, then we'll assume you're happy with the final version and send you the files. Please note, only one round of revisions are included.
q: When will I receive my brand guide?
Due to the nature of the services, there are no refunds.
q: why do I need a brand Guide?
This allows you and us to create customized content for your business with specific colors, fonts and images. Your brand guide can be shared with anyone who creates content for you, from website design, digital goods or merch to anything that you want to have your special brand touch on!
