A lifelong creative and an entrepreneur since 2020, Brittney Hugunin founded Rapture Marketing in 2023 to help business owners move beyond "random ideas" and into intentional growth. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration focused on leadership and management, and over a decade in the social media industry, she brings a high-level strategic lens to every project. Today, she serves as your fractional CMO and creative side-kick, treating your brand with the same care and commitment as her own.

Sim holds a Master’s in Marketing & Brand Management and has over five years of experience in digital marketing. She has supported more than 150 clients worldwide and built an online community of 35,000+ members. She brings a sharp, intentional approach to digital marketing that blends strategy with creativity.
Her favorite thing about Rapture is how rooted it is in community. She values Brittney’s mindfulness and the attention to detail that makes this one of the best environments she has worked in.
Outside of work, Sim enjoys dancing, pilates, and exploring cozy cafés.
Sy has more than six years of experience in digital marketing and specializes in helping brands stand out through creative, data-driven strategies in design, content, and website management.
Her favorite thing about Rapture is the collaborative energy that makes every project a shared success.
